So I picked up a keymod rail section last week. Mounted and decided to adjust position yesterday. I literally twisted 3 different hex wrenches 180 degrees attempting to turn the stuck keymod screw. I Didn't overtighten when installed. It just won't turn.

Tried a heavy dose of WD-40, didn't help at all.

Any suggestions, easy fixes??

What is the rail made of?  Heat gun might work if it won't melt your rail.

Kroil and "as seen on TV" PB Blaster are both way better than WD-40. Allow either to soak at least 15 minutes. Bits (Brownells) in a handle are better than "L" wrenches. Then add heat if needed.

Excellent. thanks!  I May just try a blow dryer as I don't want to damage the rail piece.
