So I picked up a keymod rail section last week. Mounted and decided to adjust position yesterday. I literally twisted 3 different hex wrenches 180 degrees attempting to turn the stuck keymod screw. I Didn't overtighten when installed. It just won't turn. Tried a heavy dose of WD-40, didn't help at all. Any suggestions, easy fixes??

Quoted: Kroil and "as seen on TV" PB Blaster are both way better than WD-40. Allow either to soak at least 15 minutes. Bits (Brownells) in a handle are better than "L" wrenches. Then add heat if needed. Excellent. thanks! I May just try a blow dryer as I don't want to damage the rail piece. |
