| I think that Maxpedition carry's a couple of "smaller" pack. The Falcon and the Pygmy Falcon if I remember right. Probably a little on the spendy side but they would last forever and either you or he could use it as a day pack or a get-home/truck bag when he got bigger and got a bigger pack. |
