For weight I put "170lb" and for height I just put "6ft" instead of "600". I asked the officer who did the prints if there was a certain way to do it and he said no, is this going to pass?

More than likely.
I had a mistake on mine and I had the CLEO print 50 of them at once, so I kept using them. The examiner who does my Form 1's alternates between sending them back and calling me and correcting it herself. All of my Form 4's that have gone to other examiners have gone through no problems. If you look at how many forms each examiner clears per day, I don't think many look at much past the name and matching it to the FBI report. FWIW I even had one set go by and get approved with my last name spelled completely wrong..... Dan |

Ok... so I'm about to stick this puppy in the mail. I have:
2 completed LE258 fingerprint forms. 2 Completed ATF Form 1s with CLEO signoff 2 Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(5)(B) forms 1 Money order made out to the Department of the Justice. Am I missing anything? |

You only need 1 certif. of Compl., but you can mail two if you want...
ETA: Don't forget to stop on the way home from the P.O. and order your next toy. You will need to order one about every 30 days, so you are always getting a stamp every couple of weeks and don't have to keep posting "How Long Until My Stamp Comes?" |
