So I’ve been looking at other AR type weapons lately the ACR was on the top of the list but well thanks to BM I’ll have to wait, the LR300 came up in a search and it looks like Para USA is going to be making these again.

I wanted to see if anyone had one or has had any firsthand experience with the LR300 Type rifles and what they thought of them, I love my AR's but I want something that uses AR mags, and has a foldable stock, and is just not an AR, my collection is a variety of weapons and the AR’s are starting to take over.

I know that Para is looked down in the 1911 community but it’s not like they designed this weapon there just putting their name on it now.

Thanks for any constructive input.

How do you get your finger on the trigger with the stock folded?

I was trying to think about other weapons similar to the LR300 and I forgot about the XCR I’ll have to check the going price of them right now. I’ve played with a Sig 556 and wasn’t impressed, it felt way to heavy and bulky.

Thanks for the input.

You shoot left-handed like normal people, of course ;)

I would'nt say better I'd say different. For instance, you cant use a standard AR lower with an XCR. If its like the ZM rifle it uses a standard bolt assembly too.

There is enough clearance for the trigger finger, you just cant see it at that angle.

Keep in mind that is a custom length stock as well.

Price hovers between 1400 and 1700

I'd be interested in buying the parts for my stripped lower.  Anyone point me to a link on how it works?
