So....
Does something like the wide/focusable/illuminator beam laser on a PEQ-2 exist in the open laser market? I.e. something like that with a RED or Green laser?

How big a beam are you thinking? At this time there isn't really anything advertised. HOWEVER try these cats.

Looke like they have a 5mw IR laser. The same that's used in the Hk unit i recently purchased. I wonder if a more powerful IR laser can be built or if an existing 5mw unit can be upgraded?
