for those running the knights ras and optic rail combo, does anyone notice any problems holding zero? Someone else told me the rail itself wiggles and with it also being connected to the top optic rail Im wondering how solid it really is.

No way the KAC wiggles if installed properly. The stock plastic handgard can wiggle side to side, front to back, because its only held in place by the pin forcing the rear hook inside the handgard to hook onto the bottom of the receiver at the back. KAC uses at 10mm nut and bolt at the front and a clamp that can be tension adjusted at the rear to lock it in. I don't however care for the KAC optic mount due to its height. Depending on use (NV or Not) I'm either full Co-Witness or above the front sight with a Leap mount.

View Quote $18K The gun has approx 150rds thru it, and honestly, I haven't given it much thought as I don't plan on shooting it too much. When the time does come I'll probably just use HK's "knock on wood" method then soak in in Ed's Red for a week or two and see what else comes out. |

I’ll use the universal wire loop to attach to the front sling point. |
