| Gonna be headed to the balloon fiesta in abq in late sept/early oct for a week or so. need something for chilly mornings and evenings in the desert. I'd like to carry my 1911 too, with the option of IWB or shoulder holster carry. Will probably do some AR shooting while I'm there, so it'd be nice to have something to stash a few mags in too. I'm thinking about $100-$200 or so. What are ya'll wearing out west? |

Get a softshell from outdoor research, its in that range.
It's good stuff. Either that or TAD gear explorer or something which is a little bit more (265). If its going to be raining a lot you might want to consider a hardshell. Kinda all depends on what kind of use it will see weather wise. |
