Has anyone amended there just buy useing this kit?I need to add a suppressor to my trust and have not done this before any help would be great. Thanks Mike

You don't "amend" the trust to add a suppressor. State law varies, but in most states, you just write the item on the Schedule of assets and your trust now contains a suppressor.
Amending the trust is for changing the actual language of the trust or changing trustees/beneficiaries etc. |

I did my Trust useing Quicken will maker in 2007 but im going to have it redone by a NFA Trust Lawyer so i dont run into

All of a sudden its legit? I thought we had to call the lawyer and have them add it or something. |
