I have been Loading for my G21 for years
230 grn FMJ RN
4.7 grains of TiteGroup
it has run flawlessly through my G21
My Wife bought me a brand spanking new Les Baer Super Tactical it is so damn tight it is hard for me to rack the slide.
I took it to the range Monday with 100 rounds of Winchester White Box 230 grn FMJ and 100 rounds of Indepence 230 grn TMJ and 100 rounds of my reloads Above
It ran Flawlessly with the WWB & Independence . But when it came to my reloads there was not near enough power to get complete ejections . I was getting stove pipes
My manuals say for 230 grn FMJ RN Titegroup start at 4.3 gr and a max of 5.2 gr

My concern is I will never do a max load and I am not convinced .3 gr more of titegroup is going to do it

I also have WSF powder
any suggestions/recommendations please

Increase the charge. Go up.2 grains until it runs. Just watch the cases for pressure signs. You have to work the loads up for YOUR gun. I have a 1911 that is very tight and it doesn't like light loads. An increase of .5 grains would put you at max but it is also a 10% increase. Again..Work it up and watch for pressure. Once it breaks in some you will probably be able to come down. A lighter recoil spring may help as well. Personally I watch for pressure signs but I also chrono everything I work up

You can increase the charge, switch powders or install a weaker recoil spring.  I would order up a Wolff Calibration kit if it were mine.

Baer sends out a tight gun. You can take your charge up a bit. 4.8 HTG with a 230 is a bullseye standard. The gun will work itself smooth shortly. Then, you can pick loads by accuracy.

A Wolff calibration pack is never a bad thing to have sitting around.
