I've literally had this on my bench for over a year now. It's a non-folding pocket knife.
I thought it was something I needed when I broke the lock on my Emerson Commander. I still have to etch my name and make a Kydex sheath for it; but wanted to make sure it would cut first. It does. Steel: 15N20 Scale: Green Canvas Micarta Clip: Carbon Fiber (Soon to replaced with titanium if it works out.)
