| Well called last week to check the status of my form 1 since my check was cashed and it wasn't in the system so I was told to call back this week, well I called today and spoke to the lady there who tried to look me up by name and serial number, couldn't find anything. They told me to call a guy by the name of Rod Howard but of course he is out of the office today, guess ill have to call back tomorrow to see if I cant get all this straightened out. Anyone else have something like this happen? |
| I had the same issue with mine when I called last week. The check had been cashed back in Feb. but they could not find my serial number in the system. I talked to Mr Howard and he had no luck finding my paperwork at all and tried to tell me that it must have got lost in transit from WV to Atlanta. At that point I was becoming quite frustrated. I called back and talked to one of the other ladies who somehow found me in the system. They had incorrectly entered the serial number on initial entry into their system. All is good now. It went pending Feb 22 and should be out at the end of Aug. |
