Are the Lyman Taper Crimp Dies any good? Looking for a Die for .38 Spec.
I've had good luck with Lee dies in the past and just wonder how the Lymans stack up. Thanks for the replies |
| Usually a roll crimp is the preferred crimp for 38 Special. Lyman's taper crimp die works well. I've found that a good roll crimp on .38 Special really helps get better consistency with velocity and the firm roll crimp will keep bullets from moving forward in the revolver cylinders. |
