Question....I just got the chamber brush for my rifle and what do you use to "ratchet" the brush in the chamber? Maybe I am missing another piece....

A cleaning rod section is what I use.

Take care.  You...will...get the ratcheting chamber brush stuck in the chamber, now or later.  It ratchets in easily but there is no similar force to get it out, other than technique and sometimes the use of a little lever assist.  The brushes will break at the head if you get carried away trying to forcefully pull one out of the rifle.  Enjoy, and keep your chamber clean.

Give the chamber brush an assist out of the chamber by using the remainder of your cleaning rod to gently push the brush (whilst still turning it) out of the chamber.

I'm a big fan of these: Hoppe's Chamber Cleaning Kit

It makes life so easy. The rod flexes and you just turn the t-handle.
