Any recommendations on an M14 smith? Looking at a new barrel install and repark job.

Thanks.

I contacted Tim@Warbirds.  He can do the barrel work but only parks with a full build.

I think Fulton Armory, LRB, and Smith Enterprise will do all that you request.  Fulton Armory would probably be the fastest turnaround.

I am going with a local smith, recommended by FullClip, who will install my USGI barrel and flash suppressor.  I can't even give it to him until mid-February he is so busy.

I see you are in Washington, how far from Yakama.

I think the name of the place is Shooters Choice in Yakama. A gun shop run by Don Manning.  Manning is (or was) the Marksmanship NCOIC of the Washington National Guard and damn good on M14/M1A.  He rebuilt mine the last time as well as others from the Alaska National Guard. (I was the OIC of the AK NG marksmanship unit while Manning was in.  We ran the Mac Reg VI matches together.
Like I said, he is one of the best on Match m14/M1a's, He is reasonalbe and prompt.

If you go there , tell him Cpt. Stuart, AKNG sent you.
