So what does Springfield mean when they say the M1A is loaded... of coures I am not asking about ammo... what seems to be hard to find these days

NM barrel/flashhider, NM front sight, GI match rear site, NM trigger group.

Also, thicker stock. At least if it's the wood one. And just to clarify, the barrel is a medium weight, whereas a Standard would be USGI profile.

Go with the loaded over the std rifle, definitely worth the extra cash.
