I will be mounting a Leupold 3.5x10 Mark4 M1 on my SA M1a using an ARMS 18. Does anyone know the height of rings I would need? Thanks in advance. Semper Fi |
You MAY get away with ARMS22 med height. Badger mediums will work on my BPT mount (what Smith cloned), but I bet they will be too low for the ARMS 18. I just got an ARMS 18 btw, and have switched my Leupold MRT (36mm obj) / ARMS22 med. onto it and it works fine with perhaps enough clearance for a 40mm obj. as on your Mk.4. Be mindful of the OCULAR where it bells out and contact with your rear sight as that may fubar things more than the objective. Also, this should help  :www.fulton-armory.com/RingHeight.htm Good luck!
