I know at one time the DCM/CMP had M84 scopes. Does anyone know where I can pick up a good condition M84 scope or a M1D barrel w/scope mount base?

Try SARCO for BBL/replica mt and scope. Try What-A-Country for scopes...

Tapco has repro neoprene black "rubber" eyepieces for about $10. Longer-lasting than the originals, and indispensible for the correct functioning and appearance.

A company called Northridge International in Calif. advertises them from time to time in the shotgun news.

They are very expensive if they still have any.

Good luck and be careful. It is easy to strip out the threads on the mounting screw if you are not paying attention when installing the scope on the rifle.
