I'm looking at buying a DSA FAL the SA58 Para Tactical Carbine (SA58TACP). I was curious as to whether it would be possible to mount a 37mm M203 to this gun & if so how in th world would I do it?

You could measure the diameter of the barrel where it would clamp on, it might work, but handguards would be a custom job since they are left and right halves, not top and bottom like on an M16/M203.

M203 can also be mounted by rails, so basically any weapon that has picatanny rails will take them.  The Tactical Carbine is an excellent choice for a weapon but it might not be long enough for a 203.  So make sure you get a measurement.
