My brother just gave me a new MAC 10 45 cal. upper. If I decide to keep it, can I buy a semi lower, if so, how much and where? Second, if I decide to sell it , how much should it sell for? If these questions don't belong here, tell me where to ask them.

Does the bolt have a firing pin machined in it? It has about a 2inch barrel/ threaded with protector, the bolt has a floating firing pin. What do I have? Where can I buy a lower?
