I'm setting up a new kit... never used MALICE CLIPS before.
Someone talk to me about durability, ease of use, etc... Opinions? Better/worse than your typical MOLLE pouch interface? |

If you move stuff around constantly, I can see there might be a problem. I sometimes get frustrated attaching things with the malice clips (Sometimes the plastic doesn't want to bend the way I want it to), but it's not overly difficult.
But any problem attaching things is vastly overshadowed by that fact that I know that once something is attached, it's attached. |

also malice clips now come in colors, if you want. I tried painting mine...fail  .
the only problem you might have is that depending on where they are placed, and on what platform, the square ends might 'dig in' to your body. thats easy to fix, as you can just mount them 'up-side down' as it were, they work the same either way 
you can also do a bit of custom mounting with malice clips if you have to, as you can switch out the long one's for short ones, or even adjust where the long ones start to weave on the pouch ( that can be a problem if you are stacking one pouch above, or below another pouch, and there are not enough PALS to do it ) thats something you can'nt do with pouches that have the straps built on. |
| The Blackhawk seem solid and hold strong. Theyre not the easiest to attach or move. If you want a solid attachment that your not gonna move, get the Blackhawk. If you want an all around attachment, get the MALICE. I have Blackhawks on my pack as it stays as is. I use MALICE on my rig as I move them around or off depending on what I want to carry. |

I picked up some CQB mag pouches, a 602, Vehicle Hydration Carrier, and some of the stackable shingles. Thanks for the tips. The DBT carrier I've got coming has the rest of the stuff i need. |
