| I have two FAL one in 21 and one 16" barrel configuration. Considering an SBR around 12" and currently on the 16" I am a using a Belgian FH that is reported to be a good brake as well which leaves a lot to be desired. Is there any manufacturers out there producing an updated correctly threaded comp/FH/MB for the FAL??? |

Not that I'm aware of, BUT if you're going to chop the barrel and go the SBR route, you can just get it rethreaded into the more common threading used on all the .308 AR sized flash hiders out there. |

If you want to use 5/8x24TPI muzzle devices on a FAL, you need to have a shoulder fitted to the end of the barrel. FALs use 9/16 diameter threads, so the barrel is too narrow for 5/8 threads. |
