I am looking for opinions on the different MOLLE attachment systems.

I have always used MALICE clips or the nylon webbing that comes pre-attached on some kit.  It seems that the popular thing to do now is the sell pouches with no way to secure them to a pack, vest, etc.  Seems to me like a way for the companies to sell you more stuff.  Anyway, with all of the "tac-tie" "slick-stick" etc etc etc systems out there I was wondering what you guys have used and what you like/dislike.  I am trying to get a good secure system that is not murder to attach without buying 6 different systems and testing them myself.

Thanks for sharing your experiences!

Selling a Pouch without MALICE clips or a way to attach it is just fucking retarded.

I don't buy the "We're trying to keep the price down." bullshit.

@ $0.59 a piece I think you can eat that, and do without the Big fancy truck..

But that's just my opinion...

Ok, we are all in agreement on this so far...

But I am still wondering on the pros and cons of the different solutions...

Never liked Malice clips... so I don't buy pouches that need them..... simple solution...

Way too many pouches out there that have the attachment built on to the pouch.

Eagle or SoTech or Paraclete ... bunch more. If I REALLY like the pouch design, I will tolerate and use Malice, but I avoid when ever possible. too many choices out there that don't need them.

molle is a backpack system

PALS is the attachment system

if you use MALICE clips and have no issue, then whats the issue?

MODULAR mean a system can be configured for 1 role and 1 weapon per 1 person

not to change for a thursday night date

#1 I prefer the attachment method of Eagle pouches.

For anything without a built-in strap I use Malice clips.

I have tried some of those Blackhawk sticks and they suck.

For some pouches you HAVE to use Malice clips.  For example I am attaching a pistol mag pouch to my FastMag Gen 3 holder, and straps with snaps don't work.  Malice is a must here.

Next time you place an order with a gear supplier, spend an extra $5 and get a few extra Malice clips (some small, some large) to have on hand.  It will save you alot of headache in the long run.
