I have been using nonP5 specific brushes for my MP5 variants, not the “MP5 specific” brushes.

Have also not had a need for MP5 specific armorers tools/ feeler gauges but should have them on hand.

Is it best to buy the full cleaning kit or just the two specific brushes?
Is it best to get an armorers kit like from HKparts.net or just buy a set of feeler gauges/ use feeler gauges I already have?

If your feeler gauges are good, no need to change. The only specialty items I have is for cleaning the flutes and chamber face.
