| I am thinking about getting an MSAR E4. My question is, can I get an E4 in 6.8mm and then get a kit for 5.56mm? Or at least the needed parts (Barrel, bolt, etc.) I don't want to buy two rifles if I don't have to. |

Unfortunately to the best of my knowledge there is currently no "package" you can purchase for conversion. However, if you wished to just buy the parts you could do that, but you'd have to source the barrel through a private seller since neither Ratworx or MSAR appear to be selling individual barrels at present. The 5.56x45mm bolts can be purchased fairly easily as far as I know through either MSAR or through Ratworx, plus there are the Ratworx Hybrid bolts in 5.56x45mm if they come back in stock. |
