That area they machined off was part of a fix done for out of spec receivers(?) There was a thread about that a while back. Glad to see your rifle is back and they hooked you up old-school Dave R. style. Thanks for the info. Dave R. was actually the one who gave me the goodies the first time I dealt with them. They hooked me up pretty solid. Very satisfied. Gun is a blast. |

They have always squared me away question or recall wise. That said, I haven't had any issues with either of my E4s so no real experience on the warranty "for issues".
That said you must "give good phone" if you are getting that much stuff for free!

I haven't loss faith in them yet, but Dave was hard to beat. Yeah, Dave was the bee's knees but as someone who has received customer service both before and after Dave's employment, the only difference I noticed was the promptness of correspondence with customer service. Quoted:

Dr. H Haha no, but I was very polite. You attract more bee's with honey than vinegar Do I get an award for using two bee related phrases in one post? |

Nice score. I had to send my rifle in for repairs on a defective item and got a sales call to see if I wanted to buy any spare parts.
I haven't run mine since...but have recently been considering selling to buy an actual AUG. -D2V Did they give you a price quote on a spare parts kit? Curious what a typical spare parts kit goes for nowadays. |

Curious what a typical spare parts kit goes for nowadays. They've got one kit priced @ $75 and the other for $175. The $175 kit includes most of the wear/tear items...but not all. -D2V |

Quoted: Dont see them listed on their site. They do have ratworx listed as customer service. They announced in December 10' their intent is to get an e-commerce page on their website so you can order parts, but so far they don't have that up yet. So right now all you can do is order them through Ratworx or call them direct by Telephone and Order them through MSAR. Some folks claim they get a better price deal going through Ratworx. |
