1. Are the ones Eberlestock and Mcmillan sell the same pack? 2. My buddy is 5'7" and he wanted to know if the pack sits high enough where the scabbard wouldn't hit the back of his legs while hiking up and down hills/mountains? 3. How is the scabbard held on the pack and is there enough padding between the scabbard and you to feel comfortable? If anyone could post pics of you wearing it, especially a side view, I would really apprechiate it. |

I'm a retard with computers, so no pics yet. But my buddy and I both have m-3. He is 5'11 and I am 6'0. We are both over 200lbs. M-3 is a big Fucking pack. I would look into the Gunslinger model. Much lighter. If I had it to do over, I think I would go gunslinger with a better packing list. Also, the bottom scabbard can be folded up inside the pack, if you dont need the whole lenght (like if you have a 16 Bushy with folding stock for example). I think packing list/ weapon of choice should be big factors, in deciding. Plus look at how much weight do you really really want to hump? Sorry for no pics yet. Hope this helps. -Mike p.s. m-3 and gunslinger are bombproof. They will outlast you. |
