So I found a M-Tech Kukri for $20.00. Is it any good?

yeah i know you get what you pay for and all.

Blade is marked 440 Stainless and yeah it's made in China.

Cold Steel is the cheapest I would go on a Kukri I expected to use.

440 stainless is not generally considered a good starting point for a large knife. Nor is "Made in China"
