Howdy,
I am in need of a mag dump pouch in multicam. I have looked online and found a numerous different types. There are some that fold/unfold and there are some that are more ridgid and do not fold up. I really like the original soe Pouch without the side holders. Anyone have any experience with these? I want to attach it to my plate carrier. All input would be greatly appreciated. |

Roly-poly sucks. Stuff bounces out of it when you're moving.
CSM gear is the best one out there. If the price is too much to swallow TAG makes a duplicate for about 20 bucks less. I have one of each, they're good to go. As a side note, I hear good things about the EAG dump pouch but it's apparently only available from Pat Rogers IN PERSON. Apparently to keep it expressly it of the hands of airsofters and hobbyists.

I tried the Roly Poly initially and had to echo what has already been said - very loose and floppy and no real retention of mags at the mouth.
I use an ATS dump pouch now, fabric is much tiffer and the mouth is controlled by a piece of shock cord with an adjuster - pouch keeps its "drum" shape when depoyed, and rolls up nicely when not. |
