What should I use to lube the springs and the inside of the bodies on my mags?

I lightly lube the springs with CLP. Not a thing anywhere else.
Ammo can be ruined by oil comtamination. Best to avoid contact between the two if at all possible.

I just clean the ones I use once a year or so, but don't put much in the way of lube in them. It just attracts the powder residue that the AR tends to dump there and makes things worse, in my experiance.
