Am going to mail my form 1 priority mail, should I use a delivery/signature confirmation?

I would. (and I do)
two days and its there. otherwise, it could be a week or so regular mail (dont laugh, stranger shit happens). takes a little time off an otherwise long wait.

OK, sent priority mail with delivery confirmation. Lets see how long this first one takes.

Mine took 2 days and I knew they had it with USPS tracking.
