sorry to be a wise guy, but couldnt help it http://tinyurl.com/y3uwzwr looks like they are both $800 msrp |
| Hey as a side note. I just picked up a 1894ss, which is the .44 mag version of that gun, and let me tell you it is sweet. I have been wanting to buy one for years, and when I priced it out a few years ago, it was around $580 out the door. Unfortunately they have gone up quite a bit. I ended up paying $730 for my 1894ss including tax just a few weeks ago. So it aint cheap, but I'm liking it alot. |

Dont know about the 'deluxe' but I just bought a used Marlin336 and the Marlin336 30.30 next to it was going for $425 new Dont know if that helps at all. If anything maybe a prespective ![]() i work for a big box retailer and i get a discount off of msrp. i can order 1 rifle per year per manufacturer. for marlin, its down to the 983S in .22mag, 336 deluxe in .30-30 or the 1894 stainless in .357/.38spl and we sell new 336's for $399 |
