is it locked open as in jammed open? or is it just locked to the rear?
you can check if its locked to the rear by pulling back a bit and pulling the bolt handle slightly to the right, if it moves for you, it should go back into fully closed position

sound's like you just need to pull back on the bolt and pull out on the bolt handle. the model 60 locks all the way back by pushing in on it. so it should pull out...like mentioned before.
