I bought a Yugo M48 in near excellent condition almost a year ago at a gunshow for $60.00 with 100 rounds of ammo.About one month later I took it out to the range and it would not fire.I ejected the round and found no mark on the primer.Upon disassembly of the bolt I found that about 1/8 inch was missing from the tip of the firing pin.hinking.gif
I can not find a replacement Yugo firing pin anywhere, including Numrichs,Guntrader or even ebay.Does anyone know where I can get a Yugo replacement firing pin or can I use one from another Mauser? (German,or another country)
I have 900 rounds of 8mm and nothing to shoot it !

I have a mauser bolt assembly with firing pin. If you pay to ship it, it is yours.

I also have a Yugo M48, also got a spare firing pin on EE, that being said, have read some where once before where a guy got a tac weld on the end of a firing pin and filed it down & shaped it.
