Which one should I get if price is not a factor?  I am a police officer and will use it for daily carry on/off duty

For duty carry, you will be better served by a side opening auto.
I have a Halo II, and two Microtech L-UDT's, and I find the side openers are much better all around utility knives. Plus, side openers are inherently stronger than OTF knives.
Don't forget to check out the Benchmade auto's.
The 5000 Auto-Presidio is arguably the strongest, most robust auto available for a reasonable price (you can find them for $150-$160 online).
The 5000 also uses Bm's Axis lock, which is one of the strongest locking systems out there, and if the springs ever fail, the knife can still be used as a conventional folding knife.

It is that I can get any Microtech for under $130 that I will go with them.  Other than that I could get an Emerson Commander for about that (non-auto)
