| I would like to buy a fluted, stainless barrel in .308 for my model seven (18"to 20" long). It's an ongoing project, but my priorities are accuracy and light weight. Bullet weight would be in the 150 to low 160's. I've looked over some of the various posts, but I'm still undecided. I appreciate any of your recommendations or suggestions. |
| I talked to Schnieder about a barrel swap on my Model Seven - it has 7-08 and I want to go to .243 for a "walking around rifle" --- Cost was under $500 - google his name with the word "barrel or rifle" and you will find his phone number - he is in Arizona. Makes super barrels. |
