Ive seen several threads around related to their CS but they all say different things ranging from good, fair to poor....


Is the issue with the turn around time or their craftsman ship on fixing items?

Only problem I had was one of communication. Often their Spanglish wasn't too good either.  Problems were taken care of.

How so? You send your item back to them with a note about the problem and somewhere between them getting the item and fixing it they try to contact you?

From what I've read on a dedicated shotgun forum, Mossberg's CS is consistently poor at best. Yes you'll get it repaired but you better have a spare gun while you wait 3-6 month turnarounds.
That wasn't just one person but dozens saying the same thing.

I can't say what he meant by his comment, and I have no personal experience myself, but from what I've read many times it appears that their customer service telephone reps are often not knowledgeable enough to answer questions and don't seem to know their product.  I've read many threads, here and on other forums, that leads me to believe that Mossberg's CS is subpar and hope that I never have a reason to use them....
