Ive seen several threads around related to their CS but they all say different things ranging from good, fair to poor....
Is the issue with the turn around time or their craftsman ship on fixing items? Thanks |

I can't say what he meant by his comment, and I have no personal experience myself, but from what I've read many times it appears that their customer service telephone reps are often not knowledgeable enough to answer questions and don't seem to know their product. I've read many threads, here and on other forums, that leads me to believe that Mossberg's CS is subpar and hope that I never have a reason to use them.... |
