I have one MG and one suppressor, both on a trust. I am selling my house, moving in w/ in-laws across town while building a new house.
I need to do a 5320.20 to the in-laws, then another when I finish building and move there. Just want to make sure I have my bases covered. VA Stuff: Do I need to fill out a new SP 115 and send to the state police or just call them with my change of information in order to get an updated machinegun registration (SP 160)? |
