| I currently live in WV and will be moving back to Dayton when my daughter graduates this year. If I get my Stamp in WV what process do I follow to change it to OH when I move? And yes where I'm moving to it is legal to own an SBR and Suppressor. I am just trying to fugure out if I should wait until June which Idont want to do but if its going to be a hassel to change it all then I will wait. Thanks |

Not that it makes any difference... we is free for all as you already know.. If I get my Stamp in WV what process do I follow to change it to OH when I move? ATF Form 5320.20,,, use it for permanent move/change of adress... just follow the boxes in numerical order and all is well. I do them yearly for calender yr travels And yes where I'm moving to it is legal to own an SBR and Suppressor. Ownership is legal under Ohio state law, so it not matter you move to. |
