Ok so we are moving to a new state but going to keep our current home as a 2nd home. The new state allows suppressors only. We will leave our other NFA items in our old state. Because of some security concerns we will probably put the nonsupressors in a safe deposit box while we are not at our 2nd home. Everything is in a trust.
What do I notify the ATF of? The form 4 says I have to notify the ATF of any change in box 2a which is the address of the transferee. That confuses me as I can change my address to the new state but that is not the address that the items will be stored at. Do I notify them of the new storage location or my new address or both? |
