Good evening all, I was wanting to know if anyone is aware of a manufacturer making a Multicam Flight Suit yet, thanks in advance.

Since nobody makes Nomex multicam cloth, the answer is sadly no. You could have one custom made with regular MC cloth, but it won't be fire retardant and thus not a true flight suit.

that and no .mil service has truely adopted m/c. the usaf has some of their units purchasing some m/c, but it's not "adopted" yet.
