Ok need your opinions I had sent this upper in due to poor accuracy and was told it needed crowned. This is how I received it once they had fixed it under warranty work. It appears to be cut off center and uneven would you find this acceptable?

Tag for more experience, but it doesn't look good to me.

That looks like it was cut with a center drill.

That's impressively horrific. Burrs, uneven... yuck.

I wonder if it was done with a hand drill.

My old man is a television repairman, he has an awesome set of tools. I can fix it.

I can guess the manufacturer, but who is it?

I am waiting to hear back from the company so I wont say who it was. But it sucks that I bought this for my kids to shoot and spent 20.00 dollars going to the range twice to find out it needed crowned. Then I receive it back looking like this. Based on the manufactures rep I am hopeful they will make it right.
