My FA M11/9 wearing its new M11/22 dedicated upper.  I finally got this upper configuration a few weeks ago, was on the waiting list for almost 2 years for the 22lr conversion.

9mm barrel and 22lr liner shortened to around 4.25", 22lr liner threaded w/ 1/2x28" adapter
Primary Arms micro reflex, Carlson Comps Gas/Brass Kicker, Thompson Machine Zephyr XL suppressor

It runs like a sewing machine w/ mini mags w/ or w/out suppressor.  Federal bulk pack gives it about 3 jams per mag.  Guess after it breaks in a little more it may run better w/ the cheaper bulk stuff.

Conversion is by Lage and the mag is made by Black Dog Machine for Lage.

Lage has Blackdog produce them for him.  You can't buy them directly from Blackdog have to go thru Lage.  They are marked w/ Lage and BM markings.

What a nice piece of work! You should be proud of it and enjoy it greatly....I know I would!  I won't even dare ask what something like this costs as I know it more than my limited budget could ever bear.

Enjoy that sucker, I am sure you get a lot of lookers at the range.

Thanks man, I appreciate it and love having it in my safe.  You could possibly afford one if you sell off some of your other stuff.  You could have a setup for around $4,500 or so.

M11/9:  $3,000
Suppressor:  $250
22lr Conversion:  $500
Machine Work:  $200
Taxes: $400
Accessories:  $350

ITs a nice piece no doubt....but I would have to sell seven of my AR's to buy one  of those......or  I could sell my motorcycle.....ummm. I just can't give up that much for one piece......no matter how cool it is...Maybe in my next life I can afford one!

But it is way cool!!

Could you please tell me where you got the stock adapter & stock? Part numbers would be immensely helpful, too. I have a carbine upper that is just screaming for a stock and that looks like the nicest solution I've seen yet.

Sweet.  That's the perfect setup for an M11.

Is the sight high enough for proper alignment?

Any idea of the cyclic rate?  Wondering how it compares to say an M16.

Sight works great.  I think they are supposed to run around 800-900 rpm per Lages website.  It is slow enough to pull singles w/ ease.  You could toss in a few bolt buffers to speed it up though.

Faster than an M16, slower than a Norrell then.  Cool.
