I like how the bench matches the SDB. You are off to a good start. That's an old postal service counter. I bought it for $25 on craigslist. I think the only new stuff in my setup is a large primer cup, the electronic Dillon scale, the micrometer, and the .45 dies. I already loaded some 10mm, but I sold off those dies in my switch to .45. The guy that sold me the SDB let me load some 9mm on it the day I bought it. Something else he did: he came to my house and helped me switch out the dies to 10mm, then showed me how to adjust the settings for belling, seating, and crimping. Plus, he loaned me a balance beam scale, and when I returned it last week he gave me 150 bullets of 200gr LSWC and an additional primer pick up tube. You can sometimes meet some cool folks on the web. I need to send that man a thank you card. |
