I am about done getting the parts picked out for my AR I am getting a GG&G Dominator-1   16" barrel. So my rifle will have

-pistol grip (of course)
-bayonet lug (comes on GGG barrel)
-threaded barrel
-fixed stock
-16" barrel
-removable mag
semi auto

Now my question is am I going to have to register this thing different from just any old long rifle common background check (like with NFA and what not). I could have sworn I read somewhere in all the regs that it cannot have 2 or more of the above, dunno if that is olded with any new regulations. Sorry I am new and a bit confused to all this.

Thanks in advance

not sure about your state, but nfa stuff is (pre 86)mgs, aows, suppressors, sbrs, sbs and stuff like that.  your state either does have a ban or not, afaik you can't build a non-ban state compliant rifle by getting the atf stamp.

again, not sure about your state though.

Only thing I can't have is sound suppressor based on MO reg so the NFA stuff was olded. SO I guess im alright to go?

You would probably be better off posting this in the Missouri Hometown Forum, However, to my knowledge the only paperwork you will have to do is the 4473 to purchase the lower receiver.

You're thinking of the (misnamed) 1994 assault weapon ban which expired in 2004
