Except for the people who get approved, the stamp gets lost or not mailed, and they don't call so they wait much longer than the 30 days to request a certified copy. Or the dealer doesn't call when its in. There's good reasons to call, but certainly some ppl call too much. |
I would prefer a person....but I see why the menu. I had 3 form 4's go pending 7-23. 2 were approved 12-2...one is still pending. I have called twice on the remaining one and have now left a message. No reason why 2 out of 3 would have been approved over 3 months ago and one not.
