Alright, I've searched the archives, the boards and the NFA regs but I'm just not seeing where "trust" is mentioned. Could someone help me out? I'm having a lawyer set up the trust and he would like to take a look at the regulation so he can word "tweak" the wording for NFA items only. I appreciate any help. I realize people have used quicken willmaker but it makes me nervous doing it myself, the fee for the lawyer is well worth not needing a signature (which I can't get here) and the shorter wait time. Thanks a lot. |

It's on the form 4, which is what you fill out. The instruction page part "d." names TRUST along with Corp, etc. www.atf.treas.gov/forms/pdfs/f53204.pdf You also get to skip the pics & prints, not to mention another person named in your Trust can be in possession of the NFA item. I've done five using MS Wilmaker without any problems. |
