Can I name my trust anything I like, or does it have to include my name?  I am building a DD mortar and plan to use it for WWII displays.  I would like for it to look as original as possible, and am contemplating naming the trust - FIRESTONE ORDNANCE TRUST.  Does anyone think this will be problematic (other than law enforcement confusion about the connection between the trust and my real name)?

Thanks for the Assistance!

Name it whatever you want, need not contain your name at all.   you'll be fine with F O T

Make it your last name because if you are ever questioned it will look good to have your name on the form.

This is what I did (LAST NAME NFA TRUST)

Your name will always be on the form if it is your trust. The trust cannot sign it's name, you must do that ...

And my trust has trustees with 4 different last names, not a drop of anything in common with them, so no benefit there.
