I am looking for a powder reccomendation and load data for a 10mm auto load using Winchester 180gr FMJ truncated cone bullets. I want to load up some milder practice ammo that will shoot close to where 175gr Silvertips hit. Thanks!

Well, you can have it one way but not both.  You can load up some heaters that will shoot with factory Winchester Silvertips, or you can load up some mild practice rounds with different POI (past 50 feet).

The problem (for beginners) with picking a Winchester bullet is that there is NO factory load data.  You will need to develop it.  Find a starting load for a like type bullet and work it up.

AA7 is my favorite for 10mm. HS6, HS7, Blue Dot, and Power Pistol are some good choices too.

Per Accurate Powders, the starting load for a Hornady 180 grain XTP with AA7 is 9.6 grains at 1.250 OAL.

I really like AA#9, AA#7 and Blue Dot out of my Centimeters, with a nod to AA#9 for full house loads.  ALl of those powders will get you up there, with AA#9 and Blue Dot giving you the best velocity with the heavier bullets.

+1 for Accurate #9. Meters great. I have also used 800-X, but it meters like paper plates. Nice hot loads though. You need to weigh every load.
