So who has the best deal?  Checked Midway and didn't see anything on clearance.  Just FMJ, plinking projectiles is what I am looking for.

Thanks in advance

The 90gr TNT's at $140 per 650 bullets is the best deal and what most use for plinking bullets, that's what I use as well.

SSA did sell the bulk packs of the TNT's with a cannalure but they don't show to sell them anymore and the ones you buy from midway wont have the cannalure, I got one pack from SSA and wished I would have gotten more since I like to crimp the 90's.

SSA had the ones with the cannalure special made for them and they sold the 650 bulk pack with the cannalure for a while but no longer sell them, I think Mid South has the best price on the 90 TNT 650 rd bulk packs right now unless you wait on Midways next discount coupon and save $10-15 but none of the 90's you can buy now have a cannalure, their just plain jacketed bullets.

$140 for 650 bullets works out to just over $.21 each.  If you pick up a C&R FFL, you can get dealer accounts at lots of places including grafs which has the 650 TNT bulk packs for $121which brings the cost to $.18 each.
The cheapest plinking bullet I have seen are the rem 115gr fmj with cannelure which run $156 per 1000 on grafs with dealer pricing.  There are several bullets with a variety of weights in the $.17-$.18 range from Hornday & Sierra.
Additionally, they also offer a significant pricing discount on Dillon & Hornady reloading equipment.
