Anyone know who has Eagle Plate Carriers (w/cummerbund) in stock? I need size s/m preferably in Ranger Green. Every place I've called so far is out of stock and says it will be several months. Thanks for any help. Tom |
The problem is that they've been backordered for so long that anyone who *did* has already likely sold theirs.... I've got stuff on backorder from March 2007, still.... TimW Phoenix |
I was being told 18-20 weeks back in Sept/Oct. It was upped to 26+ in Nov/Dec, and my last inquiry (Dec/Jan) it was 40-ish. As for Quantico Arms having them for that amount, my going rate was $175 + shipping, so it's not out-of-line. AND when you factor in that they, apparently, actually have it, well, we see the Econ 101 Supply/Demand curve in action. TimW Phoenix |

Thanks to everyone for the replies. I actually found the exact item I was looking for. God Bless the internet! I may have gotten the last known Eagle PC in Ranger Green in the world! Of course by the time you factor in my phone bill from calling all these places to check availability it will have costed me somewhere in the neighborhood of 2-3K  Tom |

Actually I've been searching for about 3 weeks! I finally asked here because I figured that someone would know. I did one last search today and came up with a site that I hadn't called yet, they happened to have one left, I just got real lucky! I can't believe how backordered Eagle is! They must have a massive Military order. Tom |
